i can move but not until being moved.i can be rolled but not before i am hold.i make people feel helpless but people are helped by me nevertheless.i live there where people hate to appear.i can be moved alone but with help i am most shown.what am i?

cmpltly logical.my rdls r not so much beloved.so,i thought of this though i hate what am i rdls.bt i can give hints-it has two handles and can be folded too.think about the most imprtnt invntion of mankind.
