A given test for coronavirus is 98% accurate, however it also has a false positive rate of 2%. Assume that the infection rate perhead of population in Brighton is around 500 per 100,000 people. You get a positive test. What is the chance that you have the virus?

Infection rate is red herring. Even if it had meaning, nothing says you are in Brighton. If test is correct 98% of time, you have 98% chance if tested positive.
