Swedish family.
X is Swedish and has three sisters (A,B and C).
A has two sons (D and E)
B has no children
C has a daughter (F)
The only problem is, A, B and C don't have any brothers and D, E and F don't have any uncles.

Is it important that X is Swedish?
Well, you can decide about that:
-Is it important?
-Is it not important?
-Does it not matter?

I'm sorry correct me if I'm wrong but this riddle is very easy... sc4rs is saying what I want to say, is it really this simple or is there a pattern or some logic behind it ?
